Film Funding/Distribution Group

 

Kenyon Glover Films is an affiliate of Golden Eagle Trust (GET) and the Film Distribution Group. GET-CP would enter a Co-Production Agreement with you. The services comprising this offer are only being offered to a limited number of individuals and/or companies by GET, who we feel would be a good CP Partner. This is not an offer, but an outline of our Co-Production Agreement (Partnership) for your review.

 

51/49 OWNERSHIP AND WHY IT WORKS TO BOTH OUR BENEFITS:

What does that mean? This requirement means that we enter the agreement as production partners as we are not a lending company, but we maintain a controlling share of fifty one (51%) percent and you maintain forty nine (49%) percent for the project as GET is responsible for the funding money and it’s return as well as presenting to the Distribution company a better than average film and story. We share the profits fifty/fifty (50/50) by specific statement in the Master Trust and in the Project Trust. Each film has its own Project Trust for ever. MT holds all assets.

 

The way we handle this is very beneficial to you and allows us to comply with the lending requirements while protecting the funds put into the project. Even though we would legally own 51%, we have appointed you to run the production as the Managing Director (President) of the Project Trust.

 

DISTRIBUTION (FDG):

GET has a contract with FDG to give each GET Co-Production Film Projects that have met the FDG requirements, distribution for:

 

1. (USAT) USA Theatrical 26 or 52 metro market City by City role out and

2. (WWT) World Wide Theatrical and

3. (USAD) 12 step USA Distribution, ongoing and

4. Worldwide Distribution (WWD), ongoing GET must fund to FDG at start of Pre-Production, not less than $500,000*, but ideally $1,000,000 so FDG can start the USA Theatrical City by City roll out for a min. to 26 up to 52 metro markets. (*minimum requirements)
